Hmmm, Facebook or no?

Just tried setting up an account on Facebook so that I could then set up a page for the Department. Entered the info, chose a password, went to log in a minute or two later … and got a message saying my account was blocked because it didn’t meet “community standards”. I had literally posted nothing. All they had was my email address and my age and sex. One of those must have offended them.

Ironic given the things Facebook does allow.

I oppose thee, Facebook.

Lately my research has turned to normativity in STEM practice.
